Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A temporary onsite physical therapist position is available to support multiple elementary schools in the Minneapolis, MN area. This contract role covers a leave of absence from January 26, 2026, through April 17, 2026, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to K-12 students within the elementary school setting.
- Manage caseloads at various school sites, including Andover, Hoover, Lincoln, McKinley, Mississippi, Morris Bye, Rum River, and Wilson Elementary Schools.
- Collaborate with educators and staff to create individualized therapy plans that support student progress and health.
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with district and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Current physical therapy license valid in Minnesota.
- Experience working in school-based physical therapy settings preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple caseloads effectively across different locations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
